Mentora Scholars Program
Mentora Scholars is a selective, funded fellowship for U.S. and Canadian college students, as well as students within one year of graduation, who want to grow as leaders and changemakers. The program invites Scholars to reflect deeply, strengthen character, build meaningful relationships with peers, and clarify their beliefs about life, career, leadership, and the world. This program is especially interested in students who combine a drive for excellence with self-awareness, curiosity, and a commitment to growth. They want to deepen their understanding of themselves, strengthen their character, and turn inner growth into meaningful impact in the world.
The 2027 experience includes two parts: a guided virtual Core Curriculum from February–April 2027 and a 12-day Residential Immersion in Nashville from May 17–28, 2027, bringing together leadership principles, reflective practice, experiential learning, and cohort-based development. Program costs, room and board are covered by Mentora Fondation. Participants are responsible for travel costs. Travel assistance is available upon request.
Open application. Current college students and recent graduates are welcome to consult with our office.
